Define: Integrity
The quality or state of wholeness, congruence, alignment
The four pillars of integrity
- Radical Responsibility
- Feeling our Feelings
- Candor
- Impeccable Agreements
Excerpt from the Book:
We believe that integrity is essential to conscious leadership. It is foundational. In fact, we contend that without it, there is no conscious leadership. Most of us would agree that integrity is important to leadership, but our view is that integrity goes far beyond simply “doing the right thing.” It is living a life of wholeness.
