An intermediate experience for leaders ready to turn theory into embodied practice.
You’ve learned the foundations – now it’s time to apply them where it matters. Transformation has limits when practiced alone. The next level of leadership happens in community, with peers who reveal what you can’t see, challenge you to grow, and support your evolution.
Over four months, you’ll work alongside a select group of high-caliber leaders, guided by a CLG master facilitator. Together, you’ll deepen your understanding of Commitments #1 – 6 – far beyond what the book alone can offer — through guided coaching, real-time practice, and embodied application.

Over four months, you’ll join a small circle of advanced practitioners guided by a CLG master coach. Together, you’ll explore Commitments #1 – 6 in depth — far beyond what the book alone can offer – through guided coaching, real-time practice, and embodied application.
You’ll test your awareness in the moment, see your reactivity with greater clarity, and expand your capacity to hold presence while facilitating profound change in others.
This isn’t supervision or another certification. It’s a deliberate practice space for coaches to focus on their inner work — a laboratory to go as deep as you want to take your clients, to widen your range, and embody Conscious Leadership at a higher level, supported by honest (and challenging) peer feedback.

How It Works
Complete a brief application*, and CLG will follow up if a conversation is needed before confirming your spot.
Over four months, participants engage in:
- 8 x 90-minute virtual group sessions with 9-13 other leaders or coaches from diverse companies
- Biweekly 30-minute partner calls with rotating peers to deepen practice in between sessions
- Weekly prompts on a private message board to ensure real-time application
- In-depth exploration on Commitments 1-6 from The 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership through discussion, coaching, and experiential exercises
Across four months, participants build habits of responsibility, curiosity, authenticity, and integrity—habits that fundamentally shift how they show up at work and in life. Community emerges naturally: a cohort of committed peers who mirror your growth, strengthen your accountability, and accelerate your evolution. The program design creates the rhythm, repetition, and relational practice required for transformation. Between sessions, a private discussion board and learning partner calls keep the learning alive. You’ll apply the tools to real-time situations, share insights, and stay connected with your cohort and facilitator.
Prerequisite: Completion of an Intro to Conscious Leadership course or a minimum of one individual coaching package with a CLG coach to join. These must be completed by program start, do not need to be completed during time of enrollment.

Right For You?
Circles are designed for leaders and coaches who are willing to take 100% responsibility for their growth, engage deeply with others, and commit to consistent practice. Participants should be ready to show up fully, lean into challenge, receive and offer feedback, and build conscious community with peers who are equally committed to mastery.
To maintain the integrity and depth of the container, only one absence is permitted; missing more than one session results in removal from the group. Participants are expected to be on camera for all sessions, participate with full presence, complete the weekly message board prompt, and attend one biweekly learning partner call throughout the program.

Are there any prerequisites to participate?
You must have completed either Taste of Conscious Leadership or Conscious Leadership Foundations (formerly Intro to Conscious Leadership) before joining a Circle.
If I can get a seat for a Foundations course that begins before the Circle can I sign up for the Circle?
Yes, you can sign up for the Circle as long as you complete the Foundations course before the Circle starts. However, if you do not attend the sessions you signed up for you will not be eligible to join the Circle and will not receive a refund.
What are the agreements to participate in a Circle?
- Take 100% responsibility for my physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well being throughout the program.
- Stay curious in the face of all challenging feedback, including looking at the opposite of all of my stories.
- Attend at least 7 of the 8 live facilitated events.
- Show up for a 30-minute learning partner practice 2x/month.
- Spend a minimum of 15 minutes per week to respond to the weekly prompts on Slack.
- Participate from a location where the circles fall during daytime hours my local time.
- To participate for the entire session, including arriving on time and staying until the end.
- To always have my camera on and to be in a space that allows me to speak freely (at times at elevated volume).
- To not to record, transcribe, or use any AI-powered tool to capture, summarize, or store Circle content in any form.
Mental Wellbeing Agreement
Should deeper psychological triggers get activated, I agree to take responsibility for getting outside support from a medical or psychological professional. I understand that this is not a therapy circle.
Can I be removed from a Circle?
Yes. Participation in a Circle is contingent upon honoring all agreements outlined at the start of the program. If, in the sole discretion of the Facilitating Coach and/or CLG, a participant repeatedly violates these agreements or engages in conduct that disrupts the learning environment, CLG reserves the right to remove the participant from the Circle.
If removal occurs for any reason related to participant conduct or failure to uphold program agreements, no refunds—full or partial—will be issued. All fees paid and any remaining balances owed will remain due under the terms of the original agreement.
Can I use AI notetaking tools (e.g., Otter, Fireflies, Zoom AI Companion) during sessions?
No. For confidentiality, safety, and the integrity of the group-learning environment, AI notetaking tools, transcription tools, and any form of automated recording are strictly prohibited during all Circle sessions—including breakouts, coaching moments, and group discussions.
By enrolling, you agree not to record, transcribe, or use any AI-powered tool to capture, summarize, or store Circle content in any form. Violations of this policy constitute a breach of the Circle agreements and may result in immediate removal from the program without refund.
Do you offer discounts for teams, groups, or more than one parent?
No, not at this time.
Will the live sessions be recorded?
No. We want to support members to feel free to fully express themselves and explore edgy territory.
Do you think it’s a good idea to join a Circle with my colleague?
If you believe that you’re willing to be fully revealed with them in the Circle, then it’s a fine idea. If not, definitely not; you wouldn’t get the full benefits of the experience.
What are your purchase terms and conditions?
Cancellation
- No refunds will be issued if you choose to pull out of the Circle.
Rescheduling/Transfer
- 30 or more days before the circle: Ticket may be transferred to another Circle.
- 29 days or less before the circle: No transfer or refund.
Do you offer payment plans?
Option 1: Pay in Full (Best Value): One-time payment: $3,500
Option 2: 2 Payments (5% Interest): 2 payments of $1,837.50

Where do I access everything for my program?
Once you enroll, all program materials, session links, recordings, practices, handouts, communication, and support will be available exclusively inside the CLG Learning Portal. This is the central hub for your entire experience.
All updates, reminders, resources, and instructions will be delivered through the Portal and email to ensure you have one reliable, consistent place to access what you need. You are responsible for checking the Portal regularly and staying current with posted materials and communications.
Before you accept a spot in a CLG forum, please be sure to have a whole body yes to each of the requirements as they are compulsory to stay in the forum.
