Company Cohorts

Develop leaders who elevate everyone around them.

Company Cohorts are virtual groups of 10-14 employees within the same company who meet for 8 biweekly sessions over four months to learn and practice conscious leadership together. Part leadership course and part real-time lab, each cohort blends structured teaching with live coaching, feedback, and experiential exercises led by a master CLG facilitator. Participants go far beyond what the book offers, learning our foundational 6 commitments of leadership while developing the tools, skills, and executive capabilities required for senior leaders to grow, advance, and lead at the next level.

Unlike individual coaching or a one-time workshop, a cohort creates shared transformation. Leaders develop together, build a common language, and practice the tools with one another in between sessions. This consistent, collective learning accelerates adoption across your culture and ensures the work doesn’t stay siloed with one leader or fade after a single event.

Across four months, participants experience an ongoing practice that produces sustainable behavior change. Responsibility, curiosity, authenticity, and integrity become lived habits – not concepts. The steady cadence strengthens trust, improves communication, and turns a group of high performers into a connected, aligned leadership community.

What Our Clients Say

What Our Clients Say

“I’lI admit, I think taking time to meet with a group every month for a period of time when you already feel like you're dropping balls, can feel like a bit too much. I've been surprised at how leveraged that time is actually in a group setting. I now experience a higher degree of trust, despite the outcomes of the day to day. And the goodness of it all is that it’s liberated me to apply myself without unhelpful anxiety."

Benefits

How It Works

Begin by scheduling a consultation with a CLG facilitator to confirm that Company Cohorts are the right fit for your team. Each cohort includes 10–14 leaders, an intentionally small group size designed to create intimacy, vulnerability, and powerful group learning dynamics. When possible, we group participants by level to maximize relevance, shared context, and cross-functional community building.

Over four months, your leaders will engage in:

  • 8 x 90-minute virtual group sessions led by a master CLG facilitator
  • Biweekly 30-minute partner calls with rotating peers to deepen practice on weeks without group meetings
  • Weekly prompts on a private message board to apply the tools in real time
  • In-depth exploration of Chapters 1-6 of The 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership, brought to life through group discussion, coaching, and experiential exercises

This structure creates the consistent rhythm and real-world application required for lasting behavior change – transforming individual insight into shared leadership capacity across your organization.

Is This Program
Right For You?

This program is designed for an executive sponsor – ideally the team leader – who owns the budget and wants to extend their own learning to the next tier of leaders (typically non-C-suite) while creating a shared cultural foundation across the organization. Company Cohorts are ideal for developing your high-performing senior talent or leadership bench, giving them a trusted space to grow together, learn together, and strengthen cross-functional relationships that rarely form in the day-to-day pace of work.
Cohorts work best when participants sit at a similar level, even if they come from different functions. This structure creates a forum where leaders can practice new skills, deepen self-awareness, and build community across roles with shared expectations and similar pressures.

For the program to be successful, your organization should assign a dedicated champion – someone who partners with the CLG facilitator to enroll participants, set expectations, support scheduling, and reinforce accountability throughout the four months. The executive sponsor should also acknowledge and celebrate graduates, signaling that this work is valued at the highest levels of the company.

If you’re looking to meaningfully invest in top talent, strengthen your internal leadership bench, and scale conscious leadership across your culture, this program is an excellent fit.

Frequently Asked Questions

Pricing depends on your needs and the level of support you’re looking for. During your chemistry call, your coach will recommend a structure and provide a quote. CLG coaching is a meaningful investment – and leaders consistently say the return far exceeds the cost.

Most team trainings focus on content – communication models, strategy exercises, or surface-level skills. CLG shifts the context underneath how your team operates. We go directly to the patterns driving reactivity, misalignment, and bottlenecks so your team stops repeating the same issues. The result is cleaner communication, higher trust, and a team that knows how to lead together.

Most cohorts run for 16 weeks and meet bi-weekly.

Most teams schedule 8–12 weeks in advance.

If you have a time-sensitive situation (leadership transition, conflict, reorganization), we’ll do our best to accommodate sooner.

  • To meet with your learning partner (assigned at the first meeting) each week for a 1/2-hour call.
  • To attend 6 of 8 sessions and the retreat(s), arriving on time and not departing early.
  • To post on the private forum discussion board once a week and make comments on others’ updates (this will likely be the most difficult agreement to keep, so be sure you are willing to do this).
  • To complete homework assignments that will be given.

No.

It helps, but it’s not required.

Your coach will guide you through the tools in real time. Many clients begin before they read the book.

We’ll match you with a CLG coach based on:

  • Your team
  • Your goals and challenges
  • Your preferred coaching style (direct, spacious, structured, etc.)
  • Availability and logistical fit
You’ll be matched with a coach, have a short chemistry call, and if it’s a whole-body yes for both sides, we begin. No pressure, no hard sell.
  • If you choose to cancel prior to your company cohorts starting, you are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • If you cancel after the cohort has started, you will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Clients must schedule their first session within 30 days of signing the contract. Failure to schedule within this period will result in forfeiture of the right to a refund.

Once you enroll, all program materials, session links, recordings, practices, handouts, communication, and support will be available exclusively inside the CLG Learning Portal. This is the central hub for your entire experience.

All updates, reminders, resources, and instructions will be delivered through the Portal and email to ensure you have one reliable, consistent place to access what you need. You are responsible for checking the Portal regularly and staying current with posted materials and communications.

No. For confidentiality, safety, and the integrity of the group-learning environment, AI notetaking tools, transcription tools, and any form of automated recording are strictly prohibited during all sessions – including breakouts, coaching moments, and group discussions.

By enrolling, you agree not to record, transcribe, or use any AI-powered tool to capture, summarize, or store content in any form. Violations of this policy constitute a breach of the agreements and may result in immediate removal from the program without refund.

Practicing conscious leadership isn’t for the faint of heart; it takes massive courage. Conscious leadership requires time and attention and can be messy and uncomfortable. If leadership doesn’t stand for the value of everyone on the team practicing, it’s a setup for team divisions and discord.

If staying comfortable is important to you and your team, and you are MUCH more focused on the bottom line than building a high-trust culture, we are not a match for you.

Kim Redding

Retired Chief Investment Strategist

“The first time I went to a Conscious Leadership Group forum, I thought, 'Four hours? Boy, what are we gonna talk about for four hours?' But, for my personality type in particular, I need time to really sink into things and be forced to stay with something. It's like family because you share the good, and the bad, and the ugly. I love how it draws me to go deep into issues that I may not want to, with people that I really trust and love. If you really want to get in the rollercoaster of looking at life, and your relationship, and consciousness, this is the single best way to do it. It's totally exhilarating, and it's scary. Everything is there, and if you're serious about going to the next level, I don't see how you do it without doing a forum.”

Jim Barnette

Glint, CEO & Co-Founder

“The 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership is an inspirational masterpiece and a brilliant roadmap for leadership in the 21st century. Embracing conscious leadership and the 15 Commitments at my companies and in my life has led to both phenomenal success and deep personal joy.”

Lisa Murphy

City of Santa Cruz, Human Resources Director

“Finding Conscious Leadership Group was like finding a treasure. For me, the Enneagram Test has been the most transformative piece. That self-reflection of what it is that drives me and motivates me and what holds me back. If you're a leader and you don't understand those features about yourself, you just won't be successful. What I've learned has made me a better leader to my staff.”

Rosa Scarcelli

Stanford Management, President & Owner

“Jim Fallon is one of the most thoughtful, feeling-ful, and insightful people I know. His ability to use his own profound transformation, his deep curiosity and drive to learn and grow is a gift that is hard to quantify. If you are fortunate enough to work with him, I know you will find it invaluable. I am certain it will start you on your own path to greater self-awareness. His training as an analytical thinker has served him well as it has integrated with his expansion into the realms of feeling and tuning into the wisdom of the body. The trifecta of the heart, the head and the hand are life transforming. He will guide your growth and expansion.”

Eric Langshur

AVIA, Co-Founder & CEO Abundant Venture Partners and Life XT, Co-Founder

“One of our overarching and guiding principles here and vision is that we were trying to create a place where people could come to work and live in their genius and contribute. We see CLG as the core ingredients for helping us manifest that.”

Susan Flynn

Verdant Hollow Farms, Owner

“Forum has really opened me up personally to a more fuller experience of myself... I've seen myself step back and let things unfold more naturally, and, as a result, I feel like the relationships and my connection to organizations, family members, or projects that I'm creating have been more clear and less laden with all sorts of other emotional baggage. Everything feels a little lighter and cleaner, a little more nimble in my life than it has in the past. That's been a great shift for me.”

Ron Rubin

Bridgewater Wealth, CEO

“The Conscious Leadership Group and the 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership not only changed how we do business at Bridgewater Wealth, but they have changed my life personally. The company I founded in 1996 has been infused with new life, the culture is awake and aware, communication is crystal clear, and clients notice the difference. I’m so committed to conscious leadership now that I’m introducing the book and whole model to other CEOs in the finance industry.”

Jason Hsu

Rayliant, Chairman & CIO Research Affiliates, Global Advisor & Vice Chairman

“We thought we were just going to bring someone who was a management consultant, get a diagnostic on who's wrong, who's right and be done with that. It's been certainly far, far, far from that. It's been a fantastic journey.”

Rodney Harl

Alene Candles, CEO

“Conscious leadership is the idea of taking exactly 100 percent responsibility—not more not less—for your role in your work, your home, your life. People get into drama situations when they take on more than 100 percent rather than asking others to accept their own responsibility. But it’s also about giving appreciation and accepting it too. That has more impact on employee satisfaction than spot awards and things like that.”

Justin Rosenstein

Asana, Co-Founder

“At Asana, we believe that conscious leadership training is so important we give every single employee the opportunity to go through a 2-day CLG Conscious Leadership training, and many report profound changes to how they work. Because of conscious leadership, our communication is clearer and more authentic, and Asana as a company is more effective in succeeding in its mission.”

Peter Parthenis

Grecian Delight, CEO

“It was difficult at first, to get people to understand and to get people committed behind this work and to practice it; but I can tell you, with one hundred percent certainty, that my ability and my team's ability to connect with each other is at a whole different level than what it was before. We can establish trust immediately. It's made a tremendous impact around being able to get things done as an organization, be aligned and being a higher performing team.”

Joe Greenstein

InnerSpace, Co-Founder

“During the persona party at our Conscious Leadership Group retreat I experienced a profound shift; it turned the hardest thing I've ever dealt with in my adult life into an incredible learning opportunity. I now know I can choose to look at every situation in life as an opportunity rather than a struggle...[In general] I think of Forum as fun. I see it on my calendar and I look forward to it.”

Justin Rosenstein

"Joining the Conscious Leadership Forum was like upgrading from black-and-white to full color. As a CEO, I’m used to high-pressure environments and decision fatigue—but the Forum gave me space to slow down, re-center, and connect with other leaders doing the inner work. It wasn’t just professional development—it was personal transformation. I left each session with more clarity, presence, and the kind of energy that ripples through my entire organization."
