Conscious Culture Program

Where leadership transformation becomes cultural transformation.

Transform the leaders, and you transform the team. Our nine-month Conscious Culture Program equips leadership teams with tools that drive organizational health—100% responsibility, curiosity over defensiveness, emotional intelligence that strengthens leadership, candor that accelerates alignment, and integrity practices that build trust.

This deeply experiential program begins with the CEO or organizational leader and extends through their direct reports, creating a shared leadership language and practice across the system. It rewires the reactive habits and relational patterns that quietly shape leadership teams and company culture. Through consistent monthly practices, leaders move from understanding Conscious Leadership to embodying it – showing up with clearer awareness, higher emotional intelligence, and more skillful communication. This embodiment creates sustainable cultural change, dissolves silos, and unlocks an innovative, collaborative organization operating at a higher capacity.

This program provides a concrete, proven path for leadership teams to move from reactivity to conscious effectiveness, laying the foundation for sustainable performance and organizational resilience.

What Past Participants Say

"At Asana, we believe that conscious leadership training is so important we give every single employee the opportunity to go through a 2-day CLG Conscious Leadership training, and many report profound changes to how they work. Because of conscious leadership, our communication is clearer and more authentic, and Asana as a company is more effective in succeeding in its mission."

How It Works

Step 1: Leader Coaching

The Conscious Culture Program begins at the top. The CEO, organizational or team leader engages in a minimum of three months of individual coaching to build the awareness, responsibility, and presence required to model conscious leadership. After this period, a CLG coach assesses leadership readiness and alignment before the group program begins.

Step 2: A Nine-Month Team Transformation

Your leadership team then moves through a nine-month experiential curriculum that builds the core skills of Conscious Leadership—integrity, responsibility, curiosity, emotional intelligence, candor, and the ability to eliminate gossip. The program blends individual coaching monthly facilitated group trainings, weekly partner calls, and practical tools to support real-world application. Progress is measured throughout, and immersive exercises help the team develop new, sustainable leadership behaviors together.

Step 3 (Optional): Organization-Wide Rollout

Once the leadership team has integrated the fundamentals, we partner with you to expand the work across the organization. This may include additional trainings, team programs, and ongoing support to ensure cultural transformation continues to deepen long after the core program ends.

Survey and Assessment

Our intention here is to find out if there are any significant issues that need to be addressed before training with the team begins. Second, we will discover the issues of your unique culture that we want to be mindful of as we facilitate the team.

Enneagram Assessment

We believe the Enneagram is a key to building self awareness, and supports your coach to guide you more efficiently in relationship to your core personality patterns.

Team 360

In addition to an initial coaching sequence, we highly recommend that you have us perform a Team 360, which will include specific feedback about the leader being coached. This will consist of (8) 20-minute calls. Email assessments will be given to an additional 10-15 people for feedback. You’ll receive a report with a summary and actionable recommendations that your consultant will review with you via phone or Zoom.

Conscious Culture Survey

We use this instrument to identify how much your team is leading from trust vs. threat and to gauge their relationship with each of the 15             Commitments of Conscious Leadership. We send an assessment midway through and at the conclusion of the Conscious Culture Program to             offer a reflection on the impact of the program.

Team Training

A 9 Month Experience / Commitments 1-6 of The 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership

Leadership Team Goes First

After over a decade of experience with hundreds of organizations, we have learned (sometimes the hard way) how important it is to have the leadership team trained first. The benefits are twofold:

(1) leaders of the organization get a chance to practice and build skills in order to better practice with their direct reports when they begin their own learning process. This is particularly key for any leaders who have management issues with their direct reports.

(2) We find that when leadership teams practice and integrate these first seven commitments, those around them notice and celebrate the difference and are motivated to learn more (versus having it be something put upon them).

Organizational Rollout

After the senior leadership teams completes the Conscious Culture Program, we partner with you to customize next steps for the rest of your teams and organization.

Ongoing Training

Once your culture has the fundamentals of commitments 1- 6 down, there are many other trainings that we can offer to help support your culture being even more conscious.

  • Enneagram Training
  • 1:1 Coaching
  • Establishing Organizational Forums
  • Training Internal Coach or Coaches (for Head of HR/Culture/People)
  • And more…

Frequently Asked Questions

Pricing depends on your needs and the level of support you’re looking for. During your chemistry call, your coach will recommend a structure and provide a quote. CLG coaching is a meaningful investment — and leaders consistently say the return far exceeds the cost.

This program is designed for executive teams and organizations ready to shift from drama-driven, reactive cultures to high-trust, high-ownership environments. It’s for leaders who want to build teams that take responsibility, collaborate effectively, innovate consistently, and operate with clarity rather than chaos.

No. This is a company-based engagement. Participation is limited to organizations whose leaders are aligned with the work and committed to practicing Conscious Leadership at every level of the business.

Most engagements run about 8- 9 months, depending on the size of the team and the depth of support selected. Your coach will structure the cadence during your discovery process.

Resolving conflict is one of our core specialties. CLG helps teams move beyond blame and defensiveness by guiding each person to see their role in co-creating the conflict and take responsibility for their part. When individuals are willing, we support them in uncovering the root dynamics, shifting the context driving the tension, and practicing the tools needed to genuinely resolve it—not just manage it.

It’s completely normal for team members to come in with skepticism. We don’t require everyone to believe in Conscious Leadership on day one—we only ask for a willingness to participate. Our coaches meet each person exactly where they are, allowing individuals to move at their own pace while ensuring the overall team dynamic remains healthy and productive.

In our experience, initial skeptics often become the strongest advocates once they see how the tools reduce drama, increase clarity, and make work easier and more effective.

Many of our consultants travel abroad to work with teams. We also offer lower-cost virtual on-sites and off-sites.

Practicing conscious leadership isn’t for the faint of heart; it takes massive courage. Conscious leadership requires time and attention and can be messy and uncomfortable. If leadership doesn’t stand for the value of everyone on the team practicing, it’s a setup for team divisions and discord.

If staying comfortable is important to you and your team, and you are MUCH more focused on the bottom line than building a high-trust culture, we are not a match for you.

Kim Redding

Retired Chief Investment Strategist

“The first time I went to a Conscious Leadership Group forum, I thought, 'Four hours? Boy, what are we gonna talk about for four hours?' But, for my personality type in particular, I need time to really sink into things and be forced to stay with something. It's like family because you share the good, and the bad, and the ugly. I love how it draws me to go deep into issues that I may not want to, with people that I really trust and love. If you really want to get in the rollercoaster of looking at life, and your relationship, and consciousness, this is the single best way to do it. It's totally exhilarating, and it's scary. Everything is there, and if you're serious about going to the next level, I don't see how you do it without doing a forum.”

Jim Barnette

Glint, CEO & Co-Founder

“The 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership is an inspirational masterpiece and a brilliant roadmap for leadership in the 21st century. Embracing conscious leadership and the 15 Commitments at my companies and in my life has led to both phenomenal success and deep personal joy.”

Lisa Murphy

City of Santa Cruz, Human Resources Director

“Finding Conscious Leadership Group was like finding a treasure. For me, the Enneagram Test has been the most transformative piece. That self-reflection of what it is that drives me and motivates me and what holds me back. If you're a leader and you don't understand those features about yourself, you just won't be successful. What I've learned has made me a better leader to my staff.”

Rosa Scarcelli

Stanford Management, President & Owner

“Jim Fallon is one of the most thoughtful, feeling-ful, and insightful people I know. His ability to use his own profound transformation, his deep curiosity and drive to learn and grow is a gift that is hard to quantify. If you are fortunate enough to work with him, I know you will find it invaluable. I am certain it will start you on your own path to greater self-awareness. His training as an analytical thinker has served him well as it has integrated with his expansion into the realms of feeling and tuning into the wisdom of the body. The trifecta of the heart, the head and the hand are life transforming. He will guide your growth and expansion.”

Eric Langshur

AVIA, Co-Founder & CEO Abundant Venture Partners and Life XT, Co-Founder

“One of our overarching and guiding principles here and vision is that we were trying to create a place where people could come to work and live in their genius and contribute. We see CLG as the core ingredients for helping us manifest that.”

Susan Flynn

Verdant Hollow Farms, Owner

“Forum has really opened me up personally to a more fuller experience of myself... I've seen myself step back and let things unfold more naturally, and, as a result, I feel like the relationships and my connection to organizations, family members, or projects that I'm creating have been more clear and less laden with all sorts of other emotional baggage. Everything feels a little lighter and cleaner, a little more nimble in my life than it has in the past. That's been a great shift for me.”

Ron Rubin

Bridgewater Wealth, CEO

“The Conscious Leadership Group and the 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership not only changed how we do business at Bridgewater Wealth, but they have changed my life personally. The company I founded in 1996 has been infused with new life, the culture is awake and aware, communication is crystal clear, and clients notice the difference. I’m so committed to conscious leadership now that I’m introducing the book and whole model to other CEOs in the finance industry.”

Jason Hsu

Rayliant, Chairman & CIO Research Affiliates, Global Advisor & Vice Chairman

“We thought we were just going to bring someone who was a management consultant, get a diagnostic on who's wrong, who's right and be done with that. It's been certainly far, far, far from that. It's been a fantastic journey.”

Rodney Harl

Alene Candles, CEO

“Conscious leadership is the idea of taking exactly 100 percent responsibility—not more not less—for your role in your work, your home, your life. People get into drama situations when they take on more than 100 percent rather than asking others to accept their own responsibility. But it’s also about giving appreciation and accepting it too. That has more impact on employee satisfaction than spot awards and things like that.”

Justin Rosenstein

Asana, Co-Founder

“At Asana, we believe that conscious leadership training is so important we give every single employee the opportunity to go through a 2-day CLG Conscious Leadership training, and many report profound changes to how they work. Because of conscious leadership, our communication is clearer and more authentic, and Asana as a company is more effective in succeeding in its mission.”

Peter Parthenis

Grecian Delight, CEO

“It was difficult at first, to get people to understand and to get people committed behind this work and to practice it; but I can tell you, with one hundred percent certainty, that my ability and my team's ability to connect with each other is at a whole different level than what it was before. We can establish trust immediately. It's made a tremendous impact around being able to get things done as an organization, be aligned and being a higher performing team.”

Joe Greenstein

InnerSpace, Co-Founder

“During the persona party at our Conscious Leadership Group retreat I experienced a profound shift; it turned the hardest thing I've ever dealt with in my adult life into an incredible learning opportunity. I now know I can choose to look at every situation in life as an opportunity rather than a struggle...[In general] I think of Forum as fun. I see it on my calendar and I look forward to it.”

Justin Rosenstein

"Joining the Conscious Leadership Forum was like upgrading from black-and-white to full color. As a CEO, I’m used to high-pressure environments and decision fatigue—but the Forum gave me space to slow down, re-center, and connect with other leaders doing the inner work. It wasn’t just professional development—it was personal transformation. I left each session with more clarity, presence, and the kind of energy that ripples through my entire organization."
