Conscious Leadership Foundations is a four-week virtual course where you’ll learn the essential tools that top leaders use to reduce drama, stay centered under pressure, and lead with clarity and presence.

Through four highly experiential sessions with a cohort of committed participants, you’ll learn essential frameworks that transform reactive habits into conscious leadership. You’ll watch live coaching, practice real skills, and apply tools that create immediate shifts in how you lead, decide, and relate.

How It Works

This four-week course is a highly experiential journey through the Four Questions of Conscious Leadership. Each week centers on one question and blends practical teaching with live coaching, partner breakouts, and dedicated time for Q&A. You’ll apply every tool directly to real challenges in your work and life so the learning becomes embodied—not theoretical.

Week 1: Where am I?

Learn how reactivity shapes your leadership and relationships. Practice “locating yourself” in real time through live coaching, breakouts and guided exercises.

Week 2: Can I accept myself for being where I am?

Experience how acceptance reduces resistance, calms the nervous system, and creates the conditions for genuine change. Real time coaching with live participants help you explore acceptance in a supportive, structured way.

Week 3: Am I willing to shift?

Explore the role of willingness in leaving drama patterns and reclaiming responsibility for your results. You’ll witness live coaching demonstrations and get time to practice and discuss with peers.

Week 4: How will I shift?

Learn and apply the core practices that allow you to shift from fear to presence – moment to moment, choice by choice. You’ll learn valuable shift tools that can be used in work and life.

Across all four weeks, you’ll be part of a committed cohort of leaders practicing together, supporting one another, and building the foundation for more conscious, empowered leadership.

Yes, all sessions will be recorded and available for participants to access later.

The event is highly experiential, including exercises in triads or quartets, followed by full group debriefs. There will also be dedicated time for live Q&A during each session.

You will gain an understanding of:

  • What conscious leadership is
  • The difference between leading from trust vs. threat
  • How to identify your own threat patterns
  • Technologies for shifting from threat to trust

There are no prerequisites, but a willingness to engage authentically is encouraged.

If you’re comfortable being fully authentic with them in the course, it can enhance the experience. If not, it might be better to attend separately.

Yes, each participant must log in to the event individually, even if you’re in the same home or office space.

Yes. Participation in the Foundations course is contingent upon honoring all agreements outlined at the start of the program. If, in the sole discretion of the Facilitating Coach and/or CLG, a participant repeatedly violates these agreements or engages in conduct that disrupts the learning environment, CLG reserves the right to remove the participant from the Circle.

If removal occurs for any reason related to participant conduct or failure to uphold program agreements, no refunds—full or partial—will be issued. All fees paid and any remaining balances owed will remain due under the terms of the original agreement.

No. For confidentiality, safety, and the integrity of the group-learning environment, AI notetaking tools, transcription tools, and any form of automated recording are strictly prohibited during all sessions—including breakouts, coaching moments, and group discussions.

By enrolling, you agree not to record, transcribe, or use any AI-powered tool to capture, summarize, or store content in any form. Violations of this policy constitute a breach of the Foundation agreements and may result in immediate removal from the program without refund.

Once you enroll, all program materials, session links, recordings, practices, handouts, communication, and support will be available exclusively inside the CLG Learning Portal. This is the central hub for your entire experience.

All updates, reminders, resources, and instructions will be delivered through the Portal and email to ensure you have one reliable, consistent place to access what you need. You are responsible for checking the Portal regularly and staying current with posted materials and communications.
