How it Works
A Forum Focused on Context, Not Advice
CLG Forums are designed to work at the level of context, not just content. While members share real challenges from work and life, the deeper focus is on the underlying beliefs, assumptions, and reactive patterns shaping those challenges. By shifting context, issues don’t just get managed – they get resolved at the root.
Rather than problem-solving, giving advice, or networking, Forum prioritizes self-awareness, responsibility, and real-time practice of the 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership.
Expert Facilitation, High Standards
Each Forum is facilitated by trained and certified CLG coaches with deep mastery of both the 15 Commitments and coaching methodology. Facilitators actively guide the group, offer direct feedback, and hold a high bar for presence, honesty, and practice. This is not a peer-led group – it is a professionally held container for transformation.
Designed for Leaders
- Greater wellbeing, energy, and clarity
- More effective communication and cleaner conflict resolution
- Reduced drama and reactivity on their teams
- Stronger cultures of ownership, inclusion, and trust
What begins as personal work extends naturally into how leaders show up for their teams and organizations.
Group Composition
Each Forum includes approximately 8-10 members and 1-2 CLG facilitators, creating enough diversity for rich perspective while maintaining depth, intimacy, and psychological safety.
Time Commitment
Forum is a one-year commitment and includes:
- Ten monthly, four-hour virtual or in-person sessions
- One in-person retreat (2.5 business days), unless otherwise specified
- Ongoing personal practice, including weekly message board prompts and 30 minute learning partner calls
The consistency of practice over time is what enables lasting change.
Length of Commitment
Members commit for one year, with the option to recommit annually. Many leaders choose to stay multiple years as their leadership – and life – continues to evolve.
Is This Product
Right For You?
This is for leaders who want to dive deep with us.
With limited seats, Mastery Forum requires your full commitment. We expect participants to attend every monthly gathering, no matter how busy life or work becomes. This consistency is what makes the depth of transformation possible.
We hold a high bar for entry. We vet for willingness to practice, to be uncomfortable, to give and receive honest feedback, and to learn and grow in real time. Each Forum is facilitated by senior CLG facilitators who don’t hold back: they offer direct guidance, support the deepest exploration of what’s truly at stake, and uphold a rigorous standard of practice—both inside and outside the room.

Frequently Asked Questions
Where do Forums meet?
Forums meet in a home, office, or other dedicated meeting space hosted by a Forum member or facilitator within the Forum’s regional area. Some Forums may meet virtually or in a hybrid format, depending on location.
How much does Forum cost?
Pricing varies by location and facilitator. Specific details will be shared during the application and interview process.
Are scholarships available?
Yes. Limited scholarship funds may be available. Please contact the Forum facilitator directly to inquire.
What is the acceptance process?
Forum participation is by application and invitation only. To apply, you’ll complete an application form. A CLG facilitator will then contact you for an interview to explore fit, readiness, and alignment with the Forum agreements. Forums are intentionally curated to ensure depth, trust, and psychological safety. You will be notified directly by the facilitator if you are accepted.
Can a participant be removed from Forum?
Yes. The Forum facilitator reserves the right to remove any participant at any time, at their sole discretion, if they determine continued participation is disruptive to the integrity, safety, or purpose of the Forum. Removal may occur with or without prior warning and will not result in a refund.
What is the refund policy?
Once you commit to a Forum, there are no refunds. If you choose to leave the Forum for any reason—or are asked to leave for breaking agreements—no refund will be issued.
Is there an attendance policy?
Yes. Members are expected to attend all Forum sessions and the full duration of the in-person retreat(s). Members may miss up to two of the ten monthly sessions due to illness, emergencies, or other extenuating circumstances, with advance communication whenever possible. However, for the best possible experience we recommend doing everything possible to attend all ten sessions and the retreat.
What are the requirements to remain a Forum member?
All Forum members agree to the following commitments:
- Read The 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership in its entirety
- Maintain a minimum 10-minute daily meditation practice
- Meet weekly with an assigned Forum learning partner for a 30-minute call
- Attend at least 8 of 10 monthly sessions and all retreats, arriving on time and staying for the full duration
