Individual coaching is the most direct path into Conscious Leadership. It offers a focused, confidential space to explore the inner patterns shaping your leadership, your relationships, and your impact. Whether you’re navigating a transition, feeling stuck in old loops, or ready for a deeper experience of aliveness, this work meets you where you are – and helps you grow from there.

Clients come to individual coaching when they want to break through stuckness and limiting beliefs, navigate complexity with greater ease, or reconnect with a sense of aliveness that’s been missing. The work is intimate and practical: you learn to see how you create your experience and how to shift it, moment by moment.

Like a personal trainer for your conscious awareness, Conscious Leadership coaching offers precision, challenge, and the accountability needed to build new neural and leadership pathways. Most clients begin with our three-month minimum; many continue for years because the work becomes a practice – not a quick fix.

How It Works

Your coaching journey begins with a short intake form so we can understand your needs, goals, and context. Based on what you share, we’ll pair you with a coach and schedule a chemistry call – because the right fit is essential to meaningful work. If the match isn’t quite right (on both sides – these calls are a mutual choice) you can meet with another coach in order to find the right partner in your growth.
During the chemistry call, your coach will recommend a package that fits your goals. All coaching packages begin with a minimum of six 50-minute sessions.

Once you decide to move forward, you’ll receive a contract and instructions for scheduling your bi-weekly virtual sessions, along with details for completing a professional Enneagram typing so your coach can understand your leadership style and motivations from the start.

By your fifth session, your coach will check in with you on progress and discuss what support, structure, and next steps will serve your continued development.

Pricing depends on your needs and the level of support you’re looking for. During your chemistry call, your coach will recommend a structure and provide a quote. CLG coaching is a meaningful investment – and leaders consistently say the return far exceeds the cost.

Sessions are 50 minutes, highly interactive, and focused on real-time application. You’ll explore:

  • Every other week for momentum
  • Occasionally weekly during moments of high intensity

Your coach will recommend a rhythm that supports your goals and capacity.

We require a minimum commitment of three months. After that, you and your coach will decide the pace and length that best support your growth.

We go where the energy is alive, whether it’s a difficult colleague, a cofounder conflict, or something unfolding at home.

Yes. Most clients use professional development budgets or leadership funds. We can provide invoices, documentation, and language to support internal approvals.

You’ll be matched with a coach, have a short chemistry call, and if it’s a whole-body yes for both sides, we begin. No pressure, no hard sell.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Notify your coach at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule without penalty.

Refunds

  • Coaching and Enneagram Typing packages are fully refundable within 30 days of signing the contract, provided no sessions have occurred.
  • Clients must schedule their first session within 30 days of signing the contract. Failure to schedule within this period will result in forfeiture of the right to a refund.
  • After 30 days from signing the contract, no refunds will be issued, regardless of whether sessions have taken place.

Practicing conscious leadership isn’t for the faint of heart; it takes massive courage. Conscious leadership requires time and attention and can be messy and uncomfortable. If leadership doesn’t stand for the value of everyone on the team practicing, it’s a setup for team divisions and discord.

If staying comfortable is important to you and your team, and you are MUCH more focused on the bottom line than building a high-trust culture, we are not a match for you.
