This training teaches teams how to masterfully give and receive appreciation—a skill that strengthens culture, deepens trust, and boosts psychological safety.
We cover the most common mistakes leaders make around appreciation, why it matters for performance, and how authentic appreciation improves engagement and team cohesion. The session includes a facilitated, feedback-rich exercise that gives participants an embodied experience of strengthening relationships through genuine acknowledgment.

How It Works
The process begins with a consultation with a CLG facilitator who will listen to your goals, understand your team’s dynamics, and recommend the training that best fits your needs. Once a date is set – virtual or live – we’ll partner with the team leader to align on outcomes and logistics. On the day of the event, your facilitator will guide the group through a highly experiential half-day or full-day training designed to create insight, shift behavior, and strengthen your team’s cohesion.

Our onsite/offsite workshops are designed for organizations that want more than a one-time spark – they want lasting positive change. Survey and Assessment
Our intention here is to find out if there are any significant issues that need to be addressed before training with the team begins. Second, we will discover the issues of your unique culture that we want to be mindful of as we facilitate the team. Enneagram Assessment We believe the Enneagram is a key to building self awareness, and supports your coach to guide you more efficiently in relationship to your core personality patterns. Team 360 In addition to an initial coaching sequence, we highly recommend that you have us perform a Team 360, which will include specific feedback about the leader being coached. This will consist of (8) 20-minute calls. Email assessments will be given to an additional 10-15 people for feedback. You’ll receive a report with a summary and actionable recommendations that your consultant will review with you via phone or Zoom. Conscious Culture Survey We use this instrument to identify how much your team is leading from trust vs. threat and to gauge their relationship with each of the 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership. We send an assessment midway through and at the conclusion of the Conscious Culture Program to offer a reflection on the impact of the program. Team Training
A 9 Month Experience / Commitments 1-6 of The 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership Leadership Team Goes First After over a decade of experience with hundreds of organizations, we have learned (sometimes the hard way) how important it is to have the leadership team trained first. The benefits are twofold: (1) leaders of the organization get a chance to practice and build skills in order to better practice with their direct reports when they begin their own learning process. This is particularly key for any leaders who have management issues with their direct reports. (2) We find that when leadership teams practice and integrate these first seven commitments, those around them notice and celebrate the difference and are motivated to learn more (versus having it be something put upon them). How much does it cost?

What makes a CLG Onsite or Offsite different from other team trainings?
Most team trainings focus on content—communication models, strategy exercises, or surface-level skills. CLG shifts the context underneath how your team operates. We go directly to the patterns driving reactivity, misalignment, and bottlenecks so your team stops repeating the same issues. The result is cleaner communication, higher trust, and a team that knows how to lead together.
What does a typical Onsite or Offsite look like?
Every experience is customized, but most include:
- Teaching on context vs. content
- Real-time coaching of live tensions
- Conscious communication and feedback practices
- Team alignment conversations
- Commitments and agreements that support ongoing momentum
It’s interactive, experiential, and grounded in what’s actually happening in your team today.
How long is an Onsite or Offsite? Do you require a minimum?
You can choose from:
- Half-Day
- Full Day
- Two-Day Deep Dive
Most teams start with a full day and continue quarterly or biannually.
How far in advance should we book?
Most teams schedule 8–12 weeks in advance.
If you have a time-sensitive situation (leadership transition, conflict, reorganization), we’ll do our best to accommodate sooner.

Do we need to read The 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership first?
No.
It helps, but it’s not required.
Your coach will guide you through the tools in real time. Many clients begin before they read the book.
How do I choose the right coach?
We’ll match you with a CLG coach based on:
- Your team
- Your goals and challenges
- Your preferred coaching style (direct, spacious, structured, etc.)
- Availability and logistical fit
What happens after I submit an interest form?
You’ll be matched with a coach, have a short chemistry call, and if it’s a whole-body yes for both sides, we begin. No pressure, no hard sell.
What are your purchase terms and conditions?
Cancellations
- 31 or more days before the event: 100% refund
- 15-30 days before the event: 50% refund
- 0-14 days before the event: No refund
Rescheduling
- 31 or more days before the event: Rescheduling is permitted with no fee.
- 15-30 before the event: Rescheduling is permitted with a 15% fee of the event price.
- Training must be rescheduled to a date within 90 days of the original event. If rescheduling is requested more than 90 days after the original event date, the event will be considered canceled and subject to the applicable cancellation policy.
Additional Costs
All above cancellation and rescheduling fees are in addition to any already incurred costs that can’t be recouped (non-refundable airfare, international visas, etc.).
Why shouldn’t I work with you?
Practicing conscious leadership isn’t for the faint of heart; it takes massive courage. Conscious leadership requires time and attention and can be messy and uncomfortable. If leadership doesn’t stand for the value of everyone on the team practicing, it’s a setup for team divisions and discord.
If staying comfortable is important to you and your team, and you are MUCH more focused on the bottom line than building a high-trust culture, we are not a match for you.
